QOOBEA Return & Exchange Policy

At QOOBEA, we take pride in offering high-quality, elegant traditional caps made with premium materials. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to ensure you receive products that meet your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and exchange policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be in unused, unworn condition with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact.
Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on the following:
Customized or personalized caps (e.g., special embroidery, custom sizes).
Worn or altered caps (including any signs of use, damage, or stains).
Discounted or clearance items (unless they arrive damaged or defective).
3. Return & Exchange Process
If you wish to return or exchange an item, follow these steps:
Approval & Instructions: If eligible, we will provide return instructions, including our return address.
Shipping the Item: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Processing Your Request: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund/exchange.
4. Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from QOOBEA.
If returning an item purchased via Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued as store credit or bank transfer.
5. Exchanges (Size or Design Change)
If you need a different size or design, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to the availability of the requested cap design.
If the requested exchange is unavailable, store credit will be offered.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect cap, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will replace the item at no extra cost.
